This high-performance LED installation is specifically designed for high-traffic, high-visibility zones. Key application areas include smart city infrastructure for public information systems, roadside and highway digital billboards, and government or municipal communication boards. It is also an ideal solution for stadiums, transport hubs, commercial complexes, and retail exteriors where capturing audience attention in open-air environments is critical.
The primary objective of this project was to establish a high-impact, reliable digital display platform capable of overcoming the challenges of high ambient light. CX aimed to provide the client with a seamless medium for dynamic content delivery, enabling new revenue opportunities through digital advertising while ensuring a low-maintenance, 24×7 operational communication asset for public messaging.
The project features a massive 20ft × 10ft P6.67 Outdoor LED Video Wall, engineered for superior clarity. To ensure readability under direct sunlight, the system is equipped with high-intensity 6500+ nits brightness. The hardware is housed in IP65-rated weatherproof cabinets, making it fully resistant to dust and water, and is integrated with a sophisticated content control system for synchronized, high-quality playback.
CX executed a comprehensive end-to-end SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning) strategy. The plan began with ground-level structural design and deployment of the LED cabinets, followed by the integration of the control systems. The process included rigorous calibration and testing phases to ensure color accuracy and brightness consistency, concluding with a final go-live transition to ensure the system met all reliability standards for continuous operation.
The project followed a structured timeline starting from the initial site survey and engineering design phase. This was followed by the procurement and supply of the P6.67 modules and IP65 cabinets. The installation phase involved the physical mounting and wiring of the 200-square-foot wall, leading into a final phase of testing and commissioning to ensure the system was fully optimized before being handed over to the client for 24×7 usage.
