The CS-17iBM is a 17-inch broadcast LCD monitor, offering a resolution of 1366×768 and comprehensive support for various video formats. Equipped with essential tools like waveform, vectors, audio meter, and other advanced broadcast features, it emerges as an optimal selection for post-production and editing tasks, thanks to its efficient functionality.

Features

  • Calytrix Solutions monitors use the K10-A probe for professional, precise color accuracy. They also work with many universal colorimeters, such as the CA210, CA310, CS200, CR100, CR250, and X-Rite i1 Display.

  • These monitors support Picture-in-Picture (PIP) and Picture-by-Picture (PBP) functions, letting you display one SDI signal alongside another (Video, Component, HDMI, DVI, or VGA) at the same time.

  • Both SDI and HDMI inputs support Waveform, Vector Scope, and Histogram, which can all be shown on screen together. If luminance goes over a set limit, overexposed areas will appear in red as a Waveform Alarm.

  • The Darkness Check feature helps you review shadow details in dark areas so no information is missed. By adjusting brightness and contrast in these dark areas, this feature reveals more shadow details from the input signal.

  • The horizontal picture flip function lets you display negative images, which is especially handy in studio settings for things like weather forecasts and news broadcasts.
